OUR VISION
Create a sustainable and easy everyday for everyone.

OUR STORY
Inflate is a Norwegian-based Start-up that develops innovative air products designed to make the working day easier and more efficient for the B2B market.
With sustainable products, made for all conditions, our customers are confident that they get the quality and user-friendliness that is expected.
Inflate makes products for our own portfolio in addition to having our own design centre that solves all your needs.
The products are based on Drop Stitch technology has been used in the aeronautical industry to make inflatable boats, paddleboards and aircraft wings.
In fact, in the 1950’s there was created an inflatable plane for the military in Double Wall Fabric. This shows how versatile the products can be.

OUR TECHNOLOGY
Inflate bases most of its own designed products on Double Wall Fabric (DWF) or DropStitch.
Double Wall Fabric consists of two fabric layers separated by a woven-in system of threads (50-400mm).
The thread-linking system produces an extremely strong connection between the layers.
The Double Wall Fabric in Inflates products has an airtight PVC or TPU topcoat and may be adjusted individually according to customer specification.
The stitched polyester fibers inside the mattress prevents bending or twisting of the material.
Advantages:
- Light weight - Easy processing
- Cold-resistant - Heat-resistant
- Air-tightness - Strong Adhesion
- UV stability

ONGOING PROJECTS
01 / AirEnvelope
02 / Inflatable RSQ Pad
03 / Inflatable Crate Cooler
Air Envelope is designed to secure fragile goods during transport.
With air cushions around the contents, the goods are secured under most conditions.
AirEnvelope is specially designed for:
- car glass
- art
- printed matter
- electronics (TV)
- building materials
- other fragile goods
AirEnvelope is reusable and has low weight and minimal size during storage this also make return transport as easy and cheap as possible.

The Inflatable RSW Pad is designed to save lives.
With minimal package size and low weigh, it is easy to transport, takes minimal storage space when not in use and easy to handle.
RSQ pad is designed to be used on:
- water
- ice
- mud
- other unsafe surfaces.
With a high load capacity, interconnection options and edges that can be folded down, you can also drive light vehicles and machines on it.
We can also create solutions where you can mount an engine if it is to transport something over water.
The RSQ pad can also be mounted on boat rails for easy saving people on sea.
The inflatable Crate Cooler / Heater is intended to maintain temperature critical goods with a constant temperature (Hot & Cold).
With a sun-reflecting surface and temperate air going inside the chambers, the content will be able to maintain the correct temperature.
Cold storage is not needed and cold or hot goods can be transported by normal transport.
Crate Cooler / Heater is ideal for:
- fish transport
- medicines
- temperate goods
- food
To minimize storage space, you can take out the air and pack the entire unit together to take up as little space as possible.
By making it reusable, there will also be a lower CO2 footprint than normal refrigerated containers, due to lower power consumption and easier use.
With inflatable walls, you also secure the goods in a better way than you normally would. Inflatable
Crate Cooler / Heater will eventually also be delivered to ULD for use on aircraft
